Having an AWESOME day today...went to my first Aqua Zumba class today and LOVED IT!!! Did the one hour class and then another half hour just exercising, running, walking, swimming in the pool! Really felt it when I got out...and now just a general tired feeling with a little stiffness...not too sore! Can't wait to do another one! Came home so jazzed that I made lunch, cleaned the kitchen, did two loads of laundry and put those away! Quite productive if I do say so myself! :)
