sp 2lbs water weight off,lol I'll take that; 4hrs of shoveling in 100 temp , I prob sweat off 2lbs of water!
167.4 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
