Yesterday was a day long celebration. Donuts in the morning, wine in the afternoon, lemon bars, and fried foods. Happily, I only gained .6 lbs after all that and today is a fast day. I also believe I'm ready to start incorporating workouts back into my week. Next week I plan on doing two days of yoga. If that goes well, the following week I'll increase to at least one day of cardio. I'm really looking forward to seeing the effects of my 5:2 diet when paired with exercise.
