Good eating day today. Pretty active busy day. Generally relaxed and satisfied until I got home at 4 famished. Snacked well. Still not satisfied so I made a cup of miso soup. Warm and yum. Need to pack food made last night for freezer. Felt a little deprived walking by places where I'd usually grab a bag of candy. Part craving, part habit.
