Today is the day to start. For breakfast I had a bowl of fiber one and 2 strawberries,

Coffee and creamer. I need to read the book on the south beach diet and get ready to loose.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you start on Phase 1 you'll have to give up your Fiber One cereal & strawberries for breakfast :-( BUT it's only for 2 weeks & then you can have them again. Good Luck!!

Looks like you're goal isn't too far off, you might not have to start in phase one if you don't want to. The first time I tried SB I just did phase 2 for a week to see if this was something I could do. If you do start in phase 2 you won't see the big drop in the first 2 weeks that most people do, but for some people it works better that way.
