Lost half a pound, better than up a half I suppose. Just hope that dress fits, wedding Saturday week!

I've eaten so much junk lately I couldn't think to record it. It would be like, a large scoop of ice cream, a fistful of chips, copious glasses of wine, oh and there was that cold beer the other day, and don't forget the big slice of cake at the birthday party, groan, the sooner I go back to work and routine the better.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I love the sound of your food intake, sounds a lot better than lettuce leaves and water. I could really go a fistful of chips and a glass of wine.
