I have not had any soda pop of any kind - regular OR diet - for two whole days now!!!! Yes that's right, two whole days... I'm really thinking about them, however. Constantly have thoughts of them, I want them. I MUST not give in. I need to give them up. The ingredients are bad no matter how you look at it and I think giving them up will help me with the pain and stiffness I feel in my hands. Not to mention the bonus of less bloating and possible weight loss. That's the theory anyways. TWO whole days now!!! TWO whole days.

Keep going, Two days is great. It's hard to change habits, I know I'm a terrible sugar monster and it's hard not to give in.
