Yesterday I finally went to swim. I got into a gym and I loved it. I did some workout on the elliptic, then a bit of workout for the arms and shoulders, and then got into the pool.

I swam for about an hour, 300m total. GOD! it IS a great exercise! I hadn't swam in a looong time. I would have stayed longer, because the hour just flew out of the window and I was enjoying it so much, and didn't felt tired, but it was around 8pm and I had things to do at home, besides, I knew that if I swam longer my body would kill me today because it's an exercise I don't practice often.

But I will now. Tomorrow I'll swim again, and maybe Friday too. Today I won't because I'll do some other exercise.

Meals: going pretty well. Low in sodium and carbs.
