Yup, I stayed the same and I figured that is what would happen or that I would gain a pound. I started the week out eating WAY too many calories the first few days and am kind of surprised that I at least stayed the same this week. But still, I am happy with that. So, I will have to try to do better on my next weigh in.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
