Wasn't feeling the run last night - shortened it with the understanding the next time I run, I pick up where I left off.

It's one of those mornings where I am needing to focus on my work - but I'm being lured in other directions. I dreamed about workers compensation - the act of completing the applications and there were some really weird situations. I kept telling myself when I'd wake up - "stop dreaming about work" - apparently I am not a good listener.

I was obsessed with those stupid lance crackers last night. My husband should not leave them in the house when he is away on vacation. It was just ON. Grrrrr. I abhor when I have poor self control. At least I made myself eat another cup of frozen blackberries last night. As if the berries would counteract the poor eating prior to its consumption. At least I made myself turn off the tv at 9:30p and was in bed asleep shortly after.

I was analyzing myself and my relationship with tv this morning. I was obsessed watching "Monk" while Daddy was in the hospital and then after his passing I would continually watch every episode till completion on Netflix. Tv was my crutch through that ordeal. Now, let's just say for the most part, I've pulled myself away from it for most meals - and I enjoy the food more. So, I do understand that I need separation from it. I don't know - it's just weird. Maybe I'm just weird.

Or maybe I'm just gearing up for my unusual next week. Who knows.

Opted for coffee this morning with the girl scout caramel and coconut creamer. I couldn't find the saucer, but I have an actual cup of coffee. I feel so fancy.

I hate work dreams! You just don't sleep well when you have those. I over snacked last night too, but didn't have fruit, so at least you got that in. I'm a TV watcher too, the summer is better because there aren't as many of the regular shows I watch on, and it's nice outside so I can get out instead of sit on the couch. I've thought about getting the girl scout cookie creamer, but I think I'd use way too much. :)

TV watcher here too! We have a DVR w/our cable so we tape a lot of our shows so we can try and get to bed on time. Getting up at 4:30, try to get the TV off between 9pm and 9:30pm. But the taping does make for a cheap "movie" night on the weekends! After a day out in the yard, make a good supper, and then snuggle down and catch up. Hard to believe that I used to live w/out a TV. Sometimes think I'd like to do it again, but alas my Hubby is to addicted to it (and all electronics) that I am afraid he'd go crazy w/out one!! LOL!!!
