Success is 80% just showing up. I showed up at the gym last night on my way home from work at 9:30. It's a start, and I'm aching today, so I must have done something right! :-)
164.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
