Water water and more water. I've been drinking nothing but water for 3 days now and I'm so proud of myself. Yesterday I got my 2 burpees done, today I have to do 3. My morning is off to a good start. Ate a yogurt and pear. Will more than likely have a salad for lunch. Not sure about dinner yet, but will probably be a baked potatoe, and yogurt for lunch.

You are doing great? Have you lost any? Just a question, did you start out on induction? Just curious since you are eating fruit, yogurt, and potatoes......

No I fell off the wagon, and thought I would start with sort of a fruits and veggies detox. That didn't work lol. I'm back on Atkins. If I can get through today I know tomorrow will be easier.
