Today was hard as I felt bad for all of the snacking. I really want to do better about snacking. I wish I could just eat meals and then not feel like I had to put something in my mouth right after. My goal for tomorrow is to eat nothing after dinner (no snack, no dessert, nothing). My second goal is to have a high protein breakfast to balance a beer tasting I will do in afternoon.
