Don't beat yourself up - losing weight is not about being perfect, it's about the effort put forth!

GROWTH comes from CHANGE...
HAPPINESS comes from ACCEPTANCE...
Luckily, we are built to do BOTH!

You must FIRST, LOVE YOURSELF JUST AS YOU ARE, for only THAT is the way to begin your weight journey...

Once you LOVE, RESPECT, and ACCEPT yourself, Your body will respond in kind...

Treat YOURSELF as you would treat a good friend... don't say/think things that you would NOT say to your friend!

Be KIND and FORGIVING to YOURSELF!
