So, I cheated. I ate a burger today, and a piece of bacon. It was delicious! But, I figure going from eating lunch meat and red meat almost every day to one time a week isn't too bad! It's all about moderation. :)

I didn't loose anything yesterday. I think my RDI says 2000 calories, but I think ideally I need to get about 1600. That seems to be when I loose more.

I dunno - we'll see :)
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I remember calorie counting. I loved being able to splurge and be in control of getting my weight back down.

The key is to only have one splurge day...my problem is splurge day turns into splurge week then...I've blown it and I'll start again on the 15th...then the first of the month...hello 60 pounds...wondering "what the heck"?
