holy crap did I fall off the wagon. The weekend is a killer. I thought I was doing well but by the end of Saturday I was 3 lbs up and on Monday morning I'm basically where I started two weeks ago. I've got to get better at the weekends.

Today I'm fasting. I think I'll continue to fast on Mondays to purge the weekend from my system.
