Well, it is Monday and woke up with my lower back still a touch sore. I am going to rest today (have grocery shopping and some light housework to do today) and I HOPE tomorrow to start doing exercise (lightly) with stretching. Other than that, wasn't hungry this morning..had breakfast anyway..heat is making me lose my appetite.

Hi Yo_Manitas! I am doing better today. I am still feeling a few twinges in my back so I am going to take it very slow getting back to exercises. Today, I had a bit of housework to do, so I am counting that as my exercise. I am planning on doing some stretches in a little while. I hope you are feeling better.!
