I completed 28 days of the fast metabolism diet which is all about eating healthy foods. Food is medicine. I think this is the first thing I,ve done for 28 days in years. I also didnt eat after dinner for 28 days also. What a feeling HootHoot!
186.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
