Absolutely sad, not only for the weight but sad overall. :(
145.3 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi Honey don't despair, back in may I reached a plateau so thought I will give up my last remaining vice -chocolate, I put on 3 kg in 3 weeks adding 3 cms I was so upset as the less I ate the more weight went on so after the 3 weeks I gave up had a pig out that weekend and remained the same until I started trying again last week. You will have little increases and lots of decreases, but you will get there, it is a whole life style change, so will take time.

Hang in there - don't beat yourself up. You are a wonderful and incredible creature and don't you forget it!! In my thoughts....

Thank you very much for the kind words. Im trying my best, even when i dont feel like moving at all, at least to keep myself in balance with what i eat. Will keep posting not to lose touch with my weight reality.
