Greetings buddies! I have been on vacation this past week. We went to visit family in beautiful Durango, Colorado. I was going to enter my food every day but where we stayed didn't have good internet access and i had a really hard time so I gave up on that. I did try to make good choices while I was gone though. I had salads for dinner, yogurt with fresh fruits for breakfast. I didn't get in as much exercise as I had hoped, there was no workout center or safe area where I could walk without being in the flow of traffic. But I sneaked it in where I could. I am not going to weigh myself for a couple of days until I get back into my routine. Which starts today by the way. Hope everyone else had a great week!
