Wow...cookies are kicking my butt! Haven't really been watching my diet for the last few months. Yikes, bad idea!

My attitude towards food needs to shift back to where it was, I've been eating whatever I wanted...going thru divorce has changed my focus, but no longer.

20lbs backwards! DAMN! Back to it.

236.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
