Well I knew I would plateau off so, here it is. Time to apply myself harder. I've got to get back focused on my goal. It's hard because sometimes you want a break. I just don't want to do that because I will lose ground not pounds. I am going to look at this as if it is the first day of my commitment. Time to shed some pounds!
