Several days with no Internet connection so I haven't been checking in or recording food. I'm not doing too badly though, still hovering around 57 kg so that's fine.

I'm off on holiday in a couple of days and won't be online until the second week in August. I'm determined to eat well but sensibly and keep up with walking and swimming, both of which are making a clear difference to muscle tone, if not to my weight.

Then I'm seriously considering starting a training program to build up to 5k running. I already walk 5k (at least) on a daily basis but I've never been good at running so I think that may be an achievable challenge. I've searched on the Internet for a 5k race to register for but the shortest distance I can find is 10k so unless I organise a race that's probably not an option, at least at the moment.
