Completely been forgetting to do my weigh in on here! I weigh myself each day in the morning and record in my journal book though. Counting calories, walking 4-5 times a week, and making sure meditation is a priority each morning. :D

89 pounds down, 19 pounds to go! Woop woop!! :D :D :D

174.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
