Good thing I've been riding a lot because its the birthday week. Ice cream, brownies and pizza, yikes! Back to normal so w can enjoy some wine next week!
129.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
