I started my second month of insanity and let me just say it is INSANE!!!! I am digging deeper and I can really feel a difference in my body I am just not seeing it in my waist size. I have to beleive that this is going to work for me. I have also been running with my family every weekend to get ready for the half marathon coming up in November, between you and me the idea of running 13.something miles is crazy but It is something I feel I have to do.

Diet Calendar Entries for 19 July 2013:
