Went out with friends last night and joined in on the eating and drinking. I am not good with self control when going out. I also have a hard time not wanting a snack(s) once I get home. I need to learn how to stop eating when I am full and not continue eating just because - big part of the problem is watching tv instead of just going to bed but I like to "wind down" before going to bed. I have to work on it.
