I was actually surprised that I lost .5 lbs today. I have been slowing down. Wish I could keep up the 1 # per day weight loss, but I am sure my body metabolism is slowing, OR MAYBE I am gaining some muscle. My chiropractic workouts raise my heart rate and make me pant, I don't sweat, but then I almost never sweat. It takes me about 50 minutes to get through the Clinic and then another 40 or so to do the exercises.

I wish I had written down how many reps I started with but currently I am doing two cycles of 5 minutes on the bike, 20 pushups, (bent knees, keep back straight) 20 situps, (bent knee w/ back support) 20 squats, 10 ring curls, hanging from bar for stretching,

Then stretching, quads, glutes, hamstring, .....

Situp notes: (on a folding chair, remember to keep feet pointing forward, and wide apart, lift with heels, knees over tows, head up)

Got knee braces Wednesday, heck of a time getting them off. Doing better with them today. Feel like a cripple though.

Just 4 more days of 500, then get to "gorge" on 1500! Yeah!!
