Feeling as if I'm going to explode. Anxiety and tension has a major grip on me. Feel it in my whole torso. Tense and pains shooting throughout my whole body. Mind unfocused too. And exhausted.

Exercised a little today:

Bike, no resistance, 14-15mph, 7.30 miles, 31 minutes, 120 H.R. 150k.
Strength: 37 minutes, 178k. Total workout 68 minutes, 328k burned.


I have more exercises I can do, but will quit for the day. Picked up clothes hung outside and will make beds, then call it a day. Early for me. Usually don't quit until after I do the dinner dishes, but really not the sharpest tack in the pack today.
