Woot! Down another pound! Changed my goal weight ....decided that some mini goals would help me keep motivated and give me some positive milestones along the way. I have been soooo lazy this week, but starting to feel myself again and need to incorporate some exercise! The lawn needs to be mowed and with this 90 degree heat ... that will do for today!
