OK, I did well for a few weeks there, but feel like I am falling off (again).
I signed up for the LB marathon (5k) to do with work pals, but also so that it motivated me to get into a little better shape before it comes. Well..I have 3 weeks to do SOMETHING in the realm of working out....but it is soooooo hard! My little on has been getting up at night (new tooth? maybe)and I am so tired all day at work from my restless nights, that working out is the last thing on my mind. Going home to spend quality time with the kids, eating and going to bed is all I want to do! sigh...hubby is outta the country, too...so I have been juggling solo for 4 days as well!
Ok...today I will do better....and tomorrow...even more so....*fingers crossed*
