It is so hot here in SW Ontario, I sure don't feel like exercising. However, I did start aquafit on Monday and am going to aim for 3 to 5 times a week. Also trying to eat a lot more fruits and veggies. My garden is producing now so lots of salad - straight from the garden to wash to the plate. Yum!

Hope that storm didn't hit you. Seen it on the news and looked nasty. Its been a wierd weird summer on the prairies.

It turned very black and windy, the temp dropped about 18 degrees for a bit and a few sprinkles. About 40 km from here got hit really bad. It sure is weird summer as you say. I was in the aftermath of the big storm in Toronto a couple of weeks ago. It took me 4 hours to get to what usually takes me an hour! Keep safe. Helen
