I just recently got back on track. I had been very slowly gaining weight because I was just sort of eating whatever I wanted, but a few weeks ago, I just got fed up with where I am. Kind of like, enough of this s##t. I'm ready to lose the weight and be done with this part of my life.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 July 2013:
732 kcal Fat: 32.90g | Prot: 67.47g | Carb: 49.04g.   Breakfast: Cream (Half & Half), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Trader Joe's Organic Turbinado Raw Cane Sugar, Healthwise Caramel Chrunch Protein Bar. Lunch: Kroger Carbmaster Strawberry Yogurt, Private Selection Honey Cured Ham. Dinner: Lamb Chop (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Lifesavers Mints, Vanilla Lite Ice Cream Bar. more...
