ShyGuy, first of all I am so happy to see you here again. About the foods, I have added more good carbs to my woe. I love lentils and other beans (dry, so easy to prepare). They are great for filling us up with not so many calories. Now I am watching my calories closer and allowing more of the carbs than I did at one time. This seems to work well and adjust me to more "normal" eating. I do stay away from
refined carbs, sugar and processed foods for the most part. I still allow myself Dreamfield Pasta, Julian #1 reformulated low carb bread. They've improved what they had recently, 4 carbs, 60 calories. I have that sometimes for a snack with 1 tbs. of sugar free Adams peanut butter. It really helps when I feel like snacking on something. You will be right back, I know it. I have never known you not to succeed. God bless you my friend, without whom I'd never have come here, and who has helped me so much. Thank you!
