HCB's Journal, 15 July 2013

Greetings Buddies! I just completed the second round of an intensive four day training I am completing. It involves three intensives each year for three consecutive years. It is an effective training that really helps my daily work with patients - so it is well worth it!

I ate clean with food during the day; but ate dinner out a couple times so probably had too many calories.

And we did a fair amount of sitting, too. ):

Tomorrow, I am back to my usual schedule and it is expected to be
95 degrees tomorrow in the North Country!

Congrats on completing your intensives. I'm sure since you ate light during the say then the calories balanced out and the brain problably used them up anyways. Hope you stay cool if the hot and humid weather is coming your way. ((hugs))

Wow. 95 degrees. Stark difference from what it was just 3 months ago. Congratulations on finishing your training, and getting back to your usual schedule. Stay cool.
