Greetings Buddies! I just completed the second round of an intensive four day training I am completing. It involves three intensives each year for three consecutive years. It is an effective training that really helps my daily work with patients - so it is well worth it!
I ate clean with food during the day; but ate dinner out a couple times so probably had too many calories.
And we did a fair amount of sitting, too. ):
Tomorrow, I am back to my usual schedule and it is expected to be 95 degrees tomorrow in the North Country!
