Took the weekend off to address the stress ... went out with my wife, had a little barbecue, Didn't really worry about what I ate. Still exercised some moderation in how much of it I had. Walked my ass off! Still lost a couple of "sweat" pounds. I'LL take that. Both of my challenges are now in affect, so I have some more guidelines to follow. I want to drop son legitimate poundage in the next two and a half weeks for a reunion I'm going to. Nothing will make a plan come together like a powerful motive for executing it!
