Oh God, was my brother's birthday yesterday and I overdid it big time! I am almost 450 cals over my limit of 2000. Hope I won't do it again for a long time, it's just so hard not to eat and drink when there's sooo much stuff in front of you and everybody else is. Oh well, it has been the only day in a while I have not counted my calories and at least I still got all my protein :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 July 2013:
