I am a single mother of two. I have been overweight for far too long and want to get it under control so I can be active for my children and be there to take care of them for a very long time. I want to feel better about myself and my appearance. I need to feel better about myself before I am able to be with someone and I want to make sure I am ready when it or if it happens.

i hear you hun, i desperatly needto feel better about myself too, its not easy hey? i was a single mum of 2 for nine yrs (now with a partner and had another child-1 yr ago) lost all confidence etc, and rarely go out, my other 2 children are 13 and 16, so dont even havea school run i have to do any more to motivate my lazy arse!!
