So I obviously didn't do what I said about sticking to the diet this weekend. I made a conscious decision to drink Champagne instead of rum and coke, but my crazy snacking wasn't supposed to happen. We started drinking at like noon so by the time the chips and desserts were out I was already drunk so I didn't have much will power. Today was not too bad though - I didn't drink any alcohol or eat any bread products but I did have some fruit... I also happily got some exercise this weekend because we played a bunch of beach ball games and I swam a bit. Overall I'm not too upset about this weekend.
