Wow, I think I may have made a record today for breaking just about every rule in the book. In my defense, we put up a 6 foot fence over the weekend. Most of the time it was just the 3 of us, and it was hard. Haha. It really was though in the 100 degree heat. I haven't had soda in about a month, and today I had two whole cans. Oops. to make things worse, even though I eat McDonalds all the time, it's always the healthy low calorie choices. I had french fries today for the first time in... 3 months? Give or take. It was only a small because my husband couldn't eat them and it just looked so good. Even though the food I ate was crap, I am ridiculously sore from using my poor untrained muscles. Hoping to get back on track tomorrow!
