I know I do more pointless eating over the weekend when I don't even have my job to burn it off. Yesterday I tried to eat whatever I wanted as long as I could burn it off with exercise. I was up but only by two hundred and something calories. I shouldn't have waited so long to track my food I would have had time to burn it off. oh well so much for that strategy for the weekend.
