Today I joined this wonderful website. I am one year post gastric bypass surgery and have lost 100 pounds. I am hoping this website will help me maintain my weight loss and I can keep track of what I eat, and make sure I get enough protein daily. If anyone else has had weight loss surgery and wants to be accountable with me, I would love the help.
