Well, the doc changed my thyroid hormone from 1.25 to 1.37 but said it will take a couple of weeks to take any effect. Still gaining weight like it just accumulates on my stomach like snow drifts settling in. Also, no energy at all. I hope we can get this worked out.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
