Omg. I am sooo disappointed in myself. I am paying for the fast food craving I had. I feel like complete crap and went way over my calories. I am over that craving. I should have just cooked at home. I was hungry and it was convenient. I will use make better choices and work harder.

I was just looking at your diet calendar and looking over your exercise. I see you like to do the 2 1/2 mph walk. Are you doing this on a treadmill?

i read a book on my kindle last night and it was about using affirmations. your last statement is perfect! I will make better choices and work harder. it also said to use the word become...I am becoming healthy...this way you believe it and are not lying to yourself. You have to believe it in order to change your subconscious, i.e. change your body/mind. It's all a process. I have a very long way to go but when I am thankful for what i have, i find it's a lot easier to try and be healthy and active.

I just walk at my own pace around the neighborhood. It is a mile. I figured that I am walking very slow. Lol. Ya know, we can't give up when a bad choice is made. Just stay positive. That's what I am doing. I am " becoming" a more positive person. I have stopped smoking! I am eating more healthy foods. Now if I can get in that dang exercise! :)
