I can't believe I have been slacking off and gained 7 pounds! This weight is my all-time high. I have to get this weight off. It's not healthy and most of all it's not ME!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
