The funeral is over. Have many thank you's to write. A whole lot of paperwork to do and I'm not sure how I feel. I never expected to be a widow, my husband was 10 years younger than me (and only 61}. He had been sick for about 4 years, many different complaints and diagnoses (sp). Just a month ago, finding out he had cancer and then he was gone.
My emotions are raw. I am jumping at people, getting my feelings hurt and angry about everything that I once took in stride. Wow, this is worse than I thought.
Got enrolled in a workout program on the web July 1st but haven done a single stretch. Want to eat healthier but emotional eating is cropping up big time. I will survive, always have and will again. Just wanted to get some of this emotion out onto paper. Deep breath. Still want to work on my goals....when can I get started?
184.7 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 34.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, B, So sorry to hear about your husband's death. I would like to encourage you to begin today...right now...to work on your goals. If it's not too hot right now, just go outside and walk around your house or the block. Best of blessings to you!

Oh man I am so sorry! You will probably feel a lot of emotions, don't let them get the best of you. Use them to fuel your desire for weight loss. Hoping tomorrow is a better day!
