Only lost a pound after a 13.2 mile run :(
138.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

3046 kcal Fat: 129.92g | Prot: 125.33g | Carb: 361.50g.   Breakfast: International Delight Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats Crunch, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A and Protein). Lunch: McDonald's Premium Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken, Subway Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing. Dinner: Baja Fresh Mexican Grill Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla, Tortilla Corn Chips, Nachos with Beef, Beans and Cheese, Mexican Rice. Snacks/Other: Chewing Gum (Sugarless), Sarris Candies Chocolate Covered Oreo, Popsicle Firecracker, Oreo Fried Oreos. more...
