hi, my name is Rita. I am going to start a very low low calorie diet starting tomorrow. I am a complusive eater and eat lots of food. I feel that i should fill up with veggies and fruits only. And for protein that i will drink 1 protein shake a day. I am excited to start a diet program and i want to. lose lloae145 pounds. Its really about my health and looking the best that i can look. I want to get in the best shape possible. Right now I need some buddies to help with my long journey to weighing from 275 to 130 pounds. I know that I am very obese and therez is alot of life thst Im missing. Juat want my life back!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to be a FUN DIVA!!!!!

Rita, Getting started is the key. I have been off and on for the past couple of years. I seem to lose some in the summer and put it back on the rest of the year so by the summer I am at the beginning again. I am (again) on a diet for about 2 months now and have lost 20 pounds. I am told that the cravings go away but that is not entirely so. They do diminish but I seem to always have them. I have cut out most sugars and whites (bread, potatoes, rice, and pasta.) It works for me but is very difficult so please do not lose faith at the beginning. The start is always very very hard. It gets easier - but never easy!. All my best, fregen
