Must get organised!! The last week has been a nightmare trying to eat right and i've not done very well but i know i can get back on track. i've read the master your metabolism book and have started to take steps to remove toxins from my home and diet. The exercise is going well too, for the past 2 days i've got for 2.5mile runs and have managed to run/jog the entire way, this mornings run was even done in the driving rain....thats determination for you. I just need to get my daily meal plans back on track by sitting down the night before and working out what i'm going to eat the next day and also aim to get the ratios of 40%carbs/30%fat/30%protein. I know this works for me as i was on track before holiday, i've not really got back into the groove yet despite being home 2 weeks but this week i'm going to be organised, plan my meals, buy organic, get my exercise in and get good nights sleep. I've been suprised how well i did on my two runs but am a little worried that i've got pain in my hip already so i may just have to pop to the chiropractor to nip that in the bud.
