I am going to Florida for vacation at the end of March & I went shopping today for new bathing suits. It was the first time in a loooooong time that I wasn't disappointed at the girl in the mirror.
BREAKFAST = 1 whole grain s/f banana muffin, 1 slice of Canadian bacon, & 1 cup of coffee with 1T of s/f Hazelnut flavored non dairy creamer & 1 Splenda.
MID MORNING SNACK = 1 slice of reduced fat swiss cheese & 1 cup of coffee with 1T of s/f Hazelnut flavored non dairy creamer & 1 Splenda.
LUNCH = 2T s/f peanut butter on 2 slices of light whole wheat bread
AFTERNOON SNACK = 1 mini Babybel cheese & 1 cup of coffee with 1T of s/f Hazelnut flavored non dairy creamer & 1 Splenda.
DINNER = 1 boneless center cut pork loin chop with a mustard/parmesean glaze & a side salad with 1T bleu cheese dressing & 1T balsamic vinegar
DESSERT = 2 s/f fudgecicles
EXERCISE = 15 min Denise Austin thigh toning DVD.
